Blue Origin

Blue Origin is a privately held American spaceflight company founded by Jeff Bezos in 2000 and based in Kent, Washington. It developed the reusable New Shepard suborbital vehicle, which flies crewed and research flights past the Kármán line, and is bringing the orbital-class New Glenn rocket into service. The company manufactures the BE-3 and BE-4 rocket engines, the latter supplying United Launch Alliance's Vulcan, and is developing the Blue Moon lunar lander under a NASA Human Landing System contract. It is not publicly traded.
