Maxar Technologies is a space-infrastructure and Earth-intelligence company that builds large communications and imaging satellites, robotic arms and high-resolution imaging spacecraft. Its WorldView fleet supplies much of the commercial high-resolution Earth imagery used by governments and mapping services, and its Space Systems division has built planetary-mission hardware including robotic arms for NASA Mars landers. Maxar was taken private by Advent International in 2023. In October 2025 it was rebranded: the Earth-intelligence business became Vantor and the satellite-manufacturing business became Lanteris Space Systems.
