Boeing

The Boeing Company is a publicly traded American aerospace and defence corporation founded in 1916. Its Defense, Space & Security division is the prime contractor for the International Space Station's US orbital segment and builds the core stage of NASA's Space Launch System. Boeing also developed the CST-100 Starliner crew capsule and, through United Launch Alliance, its joint venture with Lockheed Martin, supplies Atlas and Delta launch vehicles. The company has faced scrutiny over cost overruns and delays on several fixed-price government programmes. It trades on the NYSE under the ticker BA and files annual 10-K reports with the SEC.
