A Franco-Italian space manufacturer, a joint venture owned 67% by Thales and 33% by Leonardo. It builds telecommunications, navigation and Earth-observation satellites (Spacebus Neo, Space Inspire, Galileo, COSMO-SkyMed) and human-spaceflight hardware — pressurised cargo modules for Northrop Grumman's Cygnus, modules for Axiom Station, several ISS modules (Cupola, Nodes) and elements of the ExoMars programme.
